Designed and optimized Telerenta’s "Jak to działa?" landing page to simplify the device rental process and boost conversions. I broke down the user journey into four clear steps, added trust signals like testimonials, and set up GA4 event tracking to analyze engagement. The page drove higher click-through rates and laid the groundwork for improved sign-ups in a startup environment.
01 Introduction
Telerenta, a device rental startup, needed a critical landing page to explain its rental process and drive conversions. The "Jak to działa?" (How It Works) page was identified as the most essential touchpoint for users to understand the service, build trust, and take action. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I took ownership of designing and optimizing this page to enhance user clarity and engagement, ultimately aiming to boost conversion rates.

The 'Nowa Era Użytkowania' header sets an innovative tone for Telerenta’s rental service.
02 Challenge
Telerenta’s rental model—offering devices like the iPhone 14 for 199 PLN/month over 24 months—was unique but complex for first-time users. The existing user journey lacked a clear explanation of the process, leading to high drop-off rates. The challenge was to create a landing page that simplified the rental concept, addressed user concerns, and encouraged sign-ups, all while aligning with Telerenta’s brand identity of innovation ("Nowa Era Użytkowania" - A New Era of Usage).

The pricing section highlights the rental model’s complexity, which needed clearer communication.
03 Solution
I designed the "Jak to działa?" landing page with a user-first approach, breaking down the rental process into four clear steps:

The four-step process simplifies the rental journey for users.
"Wybierz" (Choose), "Kup" (Buy), "Zwróć lub wymień" (Return or Exchange), and "Przejdź na własność" (Own It). Each step was paired with concise copy and visuals to guide users intuitively.

Telerenta biggest benefits, where visually crafted by me.
I incorporated trust-building elements like customer testimonials ("Historie Naszych Klientów") and a pricing example (iPhone 14 at 199 PLN/month), highlighting affordability.

Testimonials build trust and credibility for new users.
The page also featured a FAQ section ("Najczęściej Pytania") to address common concerns, such as contract flexibility and product condition.

FAQs tackle common user concerns to reduce friction.
Using Google Analytics (GA4), I set up event tracking to monitor user interactions (e.g., clicks on "Wynajmij teraz" - Rent Now) and identify optimization opportunities.
04 Results
The "Jak to działa?" page became a cornerstone of Telerenta’s user journey, providing clarity and driving engagement. Early GA4 data showed increased time on page and higher click-through rates on the "Rent Now" CTA, indicating improved user understanding. While long-term conversion data is still being analyzed, the page’s structure laid a strong foundation for reducing drop-offs and boosting sign-ups, aligning with Telerenta’s goal of scaling lead generation in a competitive market.

The 'Rent Now' CTAs saw higher click-through rates, reflecting user engagement.
05 Key Takeaways
This project reinforced my passion for blending UX design with data-driven optimization. Tackling the challenge of making a complex rental model feel simple and approachable. It also deepened my skills in GA4 event tracking and user flow analysis, which I’m excited to apply to future CRO projects.
