I design and build AI-native consumer products end to end: from strategy and UX to design systems, motion and launch-ready UI. As product lead I shipped two AI apps to the App Store and Google Play, and I prototype in code, usually alongside a model, so an idea can be felt in the hand before it reaches engineering. I care about clarity, speed and measurable outcomes: activation, conversion and retention. Based in Warsaw, working globally.
